Refund Policy
Please understand that reservations are critical to restaurant operations, and refunds can only be awarded according to the restaurant’s policy.
Refunds are available up to 2 days before the reservation time. After this time, the deposit is non-refundable. Please contact the restaurant directly for the cancellation or modification of your reservation.
A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you would like to make a cancellation for any reason, Please do so through your reservation confirmation email. The cancelation must be made **48 hours before** the reservation date. . There is a **5% fee of deposit** to your credit card merchant for any deposit held due to a canceled reservation.
